Ontario Summer Getaways

The resort is situated on the shores of Lake of Bays in the heart of Muskoka, an area renowned for its pristine lakes, natural beauty, clean air, and abundance of wildlife. To those living in Ontario, the area is affectionately referred to as "Cottage Country".

June, July and August are generally the warmest months in Ontario. During this period, you'll enjoy lots of sunshine and be able to swim and splash around in the lake. Days start getting a little cooler during September as the fall season gradually approaches.

Our guests enjoy the benefits of having cottage accommodation. Families will appreciate the convenience of separate bedrooms. Couples will enjoy the privacy of their own cottage.

There is much to do and see at Blue Water Acres. There are more recreation facilities at the resort than any other cottage resort in Ontario.

We know you will want to know as much as possible about where you will spend your summer vacation or a short breakaway. You'll be able to do this right here. To avoid disappointment, it's a good idea to book your July or August vacation as early as possible. The resort is generally full during these two months and choice is very limited for those who leave it to the last minute. Our rates are very competitive.
